Service is less than 2 hours
If your service is less than 2 hours in duration you must cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more prior to that appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within these timeframes you will be charged 50% of the service amount.
Service is more than 2 hours
If your service is more than 2 hours in duration you must cancel or reschedule 48 hours or more prior to that appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within these timeframes you will be charged 50% of the service amount.
No Shows
Our no show policy is as follows: if you “No Show” your appointment you will be charged 100%
Having these policies in place allows our staff the ability to try and fill your cancelled appointment. If you cancel or “no show” your agreed service our staff does not get paid an hourly amount. They work on a commission basis. If you have any questions please call and our front desk staff will be happy to assist.
